David Wilford
President
David Wilford serves as President of Ratliff Hardscape, overseeing company operations and guiding strategic growth. He joined Ratliff in 2016 as Senior Vice President of Operations before being named President in April 2025.
With more than 20 years of experience in construction management and operations, David brings extensive experience in project execution, contract negotiations, and organizational leadership. His background includes managing complex projects, improving operational performance, and leading teams across multiple markets. At Ratliff, he focuses on strengthening business operations and supporting the company’s long-term growth.
Cory Roper
VP of Operations
Cory serves as Vice President of Operations at Ratliff Hardscape, overseeing company-wide operations with a focus on project performance, team development, and continued growth. He joined Ratliff in November 2018 as a Project Manager in the Residential Hardscape Division and was promoted to Vice President of Operations in March 2025.
Working closely with division leaders, Cory helps establish operational priorities, improve internal processes, and ensure teams have the resources needed to execute projects successfully. His leadership approach emphasizes accountability, operational consistency, and developing strong teams to support Ratliff’s long-term success.
Craig Kooda
Business Development Manager
Craig brings more than 30 years of experience in construction sales, estimating, and business development to his role at Ratliff Hardscape. He joined Ratliff in January 2011, following 23 years in construction sales with Kooda Exteriors.
His experience includes commercial pools, amenity centers, hardscape, playgrounds, and water features. Craig focuses on developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting project development through his knowledge of construction estimating and commercial contracting.
