Eric Dyess
President
Eric Dyess serves as President of Kaufman Concrete, overseeing the company’s daily operations and strategic direction. He joined The Kaufman Company as Vice President in April 2017 and has since played a key role in strengthening customer relationships and supporting the company’s continued growth.
A Texas Tech University alumnus, Eric brings a practical, results-driven approach to leadership, with a focus on operational efficiency, consistent project execution, and long-term relationships with customers and trade partners.
Jacob Burnett
VP of Operations
Jacob Burnett serves as Vice President of Operations at Kaufman Concrete, overseeing operational performance and supporting the company’s continued growth. He joined The Kaufman Company in 2023 and brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across construction, engineering, logistics, and public safety.
Jacob holds an MBA in Quality Management from the University of Texas at Tyler. His leadership approach emphasizes accountability, operational efficiency, and developing strong teams. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Builders Association and is involved with HomeAid.
